Hours: Monday to Thursday | 06:00am – 06:00pm

Due to a significant period of growth, they are expanding their production team and are looking for reliable, motivated Production Operatives to support the continued success of the business.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and despatch process, ensuring extruded rubber and plastic products are handled, prepared, and delivered to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the handling and movement of extruded rubber and plastic products
• Picking, packing, and preparing finished products for despatch
• Labelling, checking, and quality‑inspecting products to meet company standards
• Loading and unloading pallets and materials safely and efficiently
• Supporting production lines to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all health & safety and quality procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work long shifts and as part of a close‑knit team
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing manufacturing business
