The Opportunity

This HealthTech company is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to capture and share the powerful impact stories from their growing customer base. This plays a critical role in building the company's content library and demonstrating the real-world value of preventative health technology.You'll work directly with customers to extract compelling success stories, create engaging case studies, and get content published across multiple channels. This is a target-driven role perfect for someone who combines excellent writing skills with the ability to build relationships and work at pace.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Build relationships with customers to identify and capture success stories
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to extract compelling narratives
  • Identify impactful data points and testimonials that demonstrate value
  • Maintain regular contact with key accounts to generate ongoing content

Content Creation:

  • Write engaging case studies that showcase customer success
  • Develop content for LinkedIn, website, sales materials, and marketing campaigns
  • Create ebooks, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and on-brand

Content Distribution:

  • Get content into the public domain through appropriate channels
  • Work with marketing team to maximise reach and engagement
  • Support sales team with relevant content for their pipeline
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics

Meeting Targets:

  • Deliver against agreed content targets and KPIs
  • Work to quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Prioritise effectively to meet business needs

Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements:

  • Strong academic background (degree level or equivalent)
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
  • 2+ years' experience in content creation, marketing, or similar role
  • Ability to build relationships and extract stories from customers
  • High energy with a sense of urgency - comfortable with quick turnarounds
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Organised with strong project management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • B2B content marketing experience
  • Healthcare or HealthTech sector knowledge
  • Experience with case study creation
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing
  • Copywriting skills
