Summary
About the role:
To undertake particular tasks relating to validation of client data on the Social Services ICT Systems to support management information, act as a link between ICT teams and operational teams on support/software issues, undertake the training of Social Services staff and assist in the User Acceptance Testing of Social Services ICT systems.

- The ability to work independently.
- Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
What you will do:
- Provide performance reports for specific teams within Children's Services.
- Raise awareness of the importance of data quality to facilitate continuous, customer centric, quality improvement throughout the Service.
- Undertake regular audits on a one to one basis with operational staff.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and module upgrades on the Social Services ICT system.
- Perform regular data cleansing, including the deletion or moving of data within the Social Services ICT system.
- Assist staff with ongoing support and advice in relation to the Social Services ICT systems.
