Role: Personal Assistant

A teenage boy is looking for 2 personal assistants, to support him to live an independent life on a day-to-day basis. As a personal assistant you will be required to provide support in a range of areas including but not limited to:
Support with socialising and accessing the community. Shopping and attending activities at Ninja Warrior. Able to build on life skills and ideally have experience with Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour.
Provide reassurance and prompts around daily routine.
To encourage going out and reduce isolation.
Looking for someone who is able to start as soon as possible or beginning of January the latest. To be open to get to know me, to be understanding, patient and flexible. Reliable and punctual. Experience of working as a Personal assistant is not necessary but keen learner would be an advantage. If you are friendly, enthusiastic, motivating, and caring and want to support someone to remain independent, this job is for you!

Shift Pattern:
Hours are as above and flexible between Mon-Sun. Times to be agreed with employer.
