Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Evangelist to join our Church workforce. As a minister of religion, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our missionary projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Duties: Develop and implement strategic plans for evangelism. Provide leadership and guidance to fellow members, ensuring that they have the training, resources and support needed to succeed in church planting- Manage and oversee all Bible teaching activities.- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar position - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.
