Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
As an Attendance Manager, you will lead the Attendance Team in increasing levels of pupil attendance and punctuality, and in supporting the development of a positive culture of attendance. Our ideal candidate would have:
• Experience of managing attendance or pastoral systems in a school or similar setting
• Experience of using data to drive improvement and inform strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Attendance Team at The Hart School is a department consisting of 3 members of staff. They work closely with the wider pastoral team, as well as students, families and other staff, and are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment. The team is approachable, proactive, and deeply invested in helping students overcome barriers to learning and to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
