What You'll Do: • Oversee Daily and weekly task management and workload planning • Support our Farm Manager to prepare and deliver an operational plan • Collaborate and Support Colleagues and Learners ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. • Lead by example on implementing procedures and controls
Examples of What We're Looking For: • Extensive experience of rearing beef animals and dairy replacements (breeding planning) • Extensive experience of milking and herd care (including development of herd health plans) • Experience of robotic and conventional milking systems • Full understanding of the required standards of livestock health and welfare • Understanding of animal nutrition to include forage requirements
