Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive school committed to providing an exceptional education for the community it serves. This role focuses on providing high quality careers support and guidance for our students at all levels. We have a high-quality programme in place which is compliant with all guidance and we are keen to support and expand that provision.
We are looking for a professional, innovated and motivated individual with passion and enthusiasm who: • Believes in young people • Is passionate about the provision of careers advice and guidance • Can develop links with external stakeholders to maximise student opportunities • Understands the Gatsby benchmarks • Works with SLT and governors to ensure robust delivery of an excellent careers programme • To support all learners to access Higher Education through working in partnership with outside agencies, promoting widening participation and raising aspirations for all students
