We are part of the PACE Academy Trust, and we work closely with the other three schools in our partnership.We are looking to appoint a patient, caring Teaching Assistant. The role will be a mixture of giving one-to-one support to a child with SEND, and supporting groups and other learners. Knowledge and experience of ASD, ADHD and dyslexia would help, and you should understand the importance of relationship-building in helping children to achieve.We are always particularly interested in candidates who can offer other skills, experience or interests – for example, languages, sports, the arts – that could help to build our children’s cultural capital.As Ofsted said in June 2023: “This is a welcoming, happy and inclusive place to learn.
