We are looking for two experienced Ofsted Registered Children's Home Registered Managers to join a thriving and growing company in the Loughborough area of Leicestershire. There are two homes to choose from, dependent on your experience. These are established homes with Ofsted ratings of 'Good' and there's a strong senior leadership structure to support you from the moment you step into your new role.
Salary: Up to £60,000
The Director has said that you will benefit from genuine independence in running your home and has said that there is guaranteed opportunities to progress to a senior leadership role ie full time RI/Area Manager. If you would prefer the opportunity to dual register across these two homes, feel free to have a chat with me.
