Admin: * Feedback log/ Practice supervision notes * Preceptorship books protected completion time, lease with preceptorship team. * Audit and learning from sending individual feedback to staff regarding improvements in practice. Plan Do Review *Study Day Planning if facilitating *Support with online competencies and going paper light. * Planning New starter Inductions Clinical Education *1:1 shadowing/ Upskilljunior staff members *Mini teaching sessions *Winter Welfare *Assisting with student nurses / New RNS *Taking ownership of a Study Day *Monthly BLS (Adult & Paeds) *To be present and visible on the shop floor * Role modelling Trust valves and delivering gold standard care
