Summary
Stop Smoking Service Manager Location: Southampton Contract: Full time (40 hours) Salary: £40,000 Closing date: 21st December 2025 Interview date: Week commencing 5th January 2026 Solutions4Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Southampton Smokefree Solutions service, delivering high-quality stop smoking support across the city. You will oversee day-to-day service operations, manage a team of Advisors and Quitline staff, and work closely with Primary Care Networks, pharmacies, GPs, commissioners and community partners. The role includes data monitoring and NHS Digital reporting, delivering practitioner training, supporting quality assurance, and coordinating local and national public health campaigns. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in public health or community-based services, excellent communication abilities and a commitment to reducing health inequalities.
