Summary

Cook needed in Shropshire, £15.39ph PAYE - Reference: 465639

Term time only. No weekends and no late nights. Flexible hours, approx 20 hours per week.

Breakfast is served at 8:30am, with evening meal served at 5pm. Shifts on Monday to Thursday finish at 18:30, and 13:00 Friday. Mornings start at 7am.

• prepare, cook and serve wholesome food for our young visitors on their school residential visit,
• complete all aspects of catering, cleaning and room presentation,
• manage all aspects of food hygiene and allergen management,
• clean the kitchen to a high standard
• control stock and receive goods.

Meals are selected in advance by schools with one or two options per group of up to 50 children and young people. All allergens and dietary requirements are sent before the school visits.

Schools tend to choose meals such as sausage & mash, pasta dishes, etc. Breakfast is typically toast and cereals, fruit and pastries or pancakes.

This is a Part time role on a Temporary Contract Basis
