Summary
We are looking for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager OR an experienced Deputy who has had ample experience of working alongside the Registered Manager and stepping into the role in their absence. This is an established 2-bed therapeutic home setting with a stable staffing team who is eagerly waiting to meet you as not only their RM but their guide and mentor.
All staff are trained in and actively using the PACE therapeutic model. This home was registered with Ofsted in July 2025 and is scheduled for their first full inspection in January/February. Currently this home has an Interim Manager in post and this role is immediately available.
