The company is seeking a Transformation Programme Lead to oversee its Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role will be focused on supporting the successful delivery of the organisation’s transformation programme, which includes the delivery of the national Families First implementation as well as many other strategic priorities across the company.
The role will lead a team of project managers and project coordinators to deliver projects on time within allocated resources. The role, also being a member of the Transformation, Innovation and Strategy directorate’s senior management team will support the shared understanding of transformation activities across the organisation.
The role will be instrumental in ensuring delivery against the company’s business plan, in the ongoing improvement of the organisation and how we support the children and families of Sunderland.
The role will involve working closely with multi-agency stakeholders, partners, project sponsors and project leads across all services to ensure the effective delivery of the transformation programme.
