About the role
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference? Join our dedicated Children’s Social Care teams and play a vital role in supporting services that help children, young people, and their families.
Provide essential administrative support to social work professionals.
Accurately input, update, and retrieve data using the Liquid Logic system.
Manage key financial tasks, including petty cash, regular payments, Leaving Care Grants, and applying Finance Policy.
Maintain accurate records in line with statutory procedures, legislation, and corporate standards.
What we’re looking for:
Strong IT skills and experience with developed systems.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
Commitment to confidentiality and high professional standards.

We want you to apply if you:
3 GCSE passes (4 to 9 or equivalent) including Mathematics and English Language; and/or Level 2 in Business and Administration (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and financial transactions
