Maintenance Planner – Brewing Department

Location: Samlesbury

Salary: £53,506.33 per annum.

Are you a proactive and organised maintenance professional looking to make a real impact in a world-class brewing environment? We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Brewing team and help keep our equipment performing at its best.

As a Maintenance Planner, you’ll play a central role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across the brewery. Your work will ensure our teams have what they need, when they need it, while maximising productivity, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and prioritise maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment.

Build and maintain preventive maintenance programmes and support predictive maintenance initiatives.

Coordinate materials, tools, and spare parts to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

Analyse equipment performance and downtime data to identify improvements.

Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to ensure work is executed efficiently and safely.

Support continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).

Several years’ experience in maintenance planning or as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience with SAP-ERP or similar maintenance systems.

Any experience in Advanced Excel and PowerBI is advantageous

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
