The Package

• Permanent contract
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Salary of £33,332 per annum
• Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Our Requirements – Income Officer

• Level 3 Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent experience
• Understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements for rental income
• Understanding of arrears recovery and Court procedures
• Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
• Demonstrable experience of case management
• Developed problem solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours if required
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
• Confident to converse in Welsh when required
