Summary

We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Construction team, based at our Chiswell Street Office in our London and Thames Valley region.



Location: Chiswell Street, London (EC1Y). on site.

Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

Do you enjoy managing a great team of individuals? As Office Manager, you'll be working within the Chiswell Street office team, responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office. You will be responsible for administration procedures and co-ordinating the duties of the Administration team.

Your day to day will include:

-Offering guidance and assistance to the administration team, while implementing and maintaining the general welfare of the office and administrative systems,

-Liaising with Group IT and ordering IT equipment for new starters and existing staff,

-Managing the booking of inductions & new start “first days”, booking in of visitors to site (gate passes/PPE etc),

-Organising meetings, team events and conferences, and booking transportation and accommodation,

-Preparing/coordination of presentations and reports and KPI's.

-Have worked within a similar position,

-Are proactive and can manage time sensitive delivery of diary management for Senior Leaders,

-Take pride in building strong stakeholder relationships, through clear communication and delivering to expectations,

-Have excellent IT skills, including with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint),

-Can ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and data protection requirements are always followed,

-Will be the champion of a positive office culture and model behaviours, aligned with our core values and behaviours.
