Based in Peterborough with most work within a 60-mile radius, they pride themselves on challenging traditional approaches and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Are you the right person for the job?
• Minimum 10 years’ industry experience and 2 years in a similar role
• Background in civil engineering, groundworks, or plant management (experience can substitute for formal qualifications)
• Strong practical skills with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable with systems, processes, data and efficiency tracking
• Excellent IT capability (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• SMSTS (minimum), CSCS Managers Card, First Aid
• Full, clean driving licence
What will your role look like?
• 70% Contracts Management – Oversee project delivery, manage site processes, ensure compliance, drive programme, quality and commercial performance
• 30% Procurement – Material take-offs, coordinating suppliers, supporting procurement processes
• Manage projects typically ranging from £50k to £2.5m
• Lead site managers, supervisors, operatives and subcontractors
• Produce and update project programmes
• Oversee Health & Safety and environmental compliance, including HS&E audits
• Produce and update Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans
• Manage subcontractors and monitor performance
• Produce CVIs, RFIs and maintain variation/delay records
• Produce monthly progress reports for clients and Directors
• Work to tight deadlines, plan ahead and manage multiple priorities
