The Cotswold Home is situated in a beautiful area close to the lovely town of Burford. Offering the highest levels of residential and nursing care provided by a team of experienced and committed staff.
About the Role
Assist the General Manager to manage the Home smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively.
Ensure full support for our residents and enable them to live as full and active a life as possible.
Ensure the home has a happy atmosphere by exercising professional leadership and coordinating the work of all employees, creating a climate of well-being, security and efficiency.
Oversee standards of care by ensuring effective audit, supervision and communication take place.
You will assist the General Manager to manage the home smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively in accordance with our operating policies and procedures and all statutory requirements. You will deputise for the General Manager as required and taking the lead role in all clinical and care matters. You will ensure the home delivers quality standards of care enabling our residents to live as full and independent a life as possible.
