Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a reliable individual to provide cover on the School Farm during the absence of the Farm & Garden Coordinator. The role focuses on the daily care and welfare of farm animals, ensuring they are fed, housed safely, and well cared for at all times. Duties include (but not limited to):
- Feed, water, and carry out welfare checks on farm animals
- Clean and maintain animal pens and enclosures
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns
- Ensure animal areas and equipment are safe and secure
- Follow all health, safety, and safeguarding procedures
