Summary

Night Machine Operator

Bridgwater | £13.60 per hour | 10pm-6.15am | Sunday-Thursday | Temporary to Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Machine Operators for a manufacturing client based in Bridgwater. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with full training provided.

Key Duties
  • Work as part of a small team operating, programming, and setting machines.

  • Keep machines topped up with materials.

  • Fault find and resolve production issues.

  • Carry out quality control checks.

  • Pack finished products accurately.

Requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a small team.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn machine programming and setting.

  • Ability to fault find and resolve issues.

What We Offer
  • £13.60 per hour during training.

  • Rotating training shifts Monday-Friday, 6am-2.15pm and 2pm-10.15pm.

  • 45 minutes unpaid breaks per shift.

  • Night shift hours once trained: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6.15am.

  • 37.5 hours per week once trained.

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity.
