Children's Home Registered Manager Required for a Brand New Children's EBD Home in Shropshire.
: Up to £55,000 + Performance Bonuses
We are seeking an to launch and lead a brand-new, three-bedroom children's home. This is a chance to shape the culture, build your own team, and implement your vision of truly therapeutic, trauma-informed care from the ground up.
If you are passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and successful "home-from-home" environment for young people, this is your opportunity to achieve an Outstanding service.

: Must hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management).
: Substantial managerial experience within children’s residential care (minimum two years).
: Proven ability to drive and maintain high standards, evidenced by a history of achieving '' or '' Ofsted judgments under your direct registration.
: Comprehensive understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards 2015, and related child protection legislation.
: Up to £55,000
& : You will be fully supported by our Responsible Individual, who is a with a proven history of achieving '' Ofsted judgements under their direct registration.
: Performance-based bonuses for 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted inspections and full occupancy.
: 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days with service) plus your birthday off!
: Full backing from the Responsible Individual and Director in a close-knit, supportive team structure.
