Summary
Welfare Cleaner– Stafford
O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to start work on a busy construction site in Stafford. Cleaning welfare area and making sure site is tidy. Must have a CSCS card and be a car driver due to the location.
Working hours are from 7:30am till 6pm - Monday to Friday. (This could be subject to change on site)
Some of the day-to-day duties will be as follows:
• Mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets
• Vacuuming dirt
• Washing up/ putting dirty dishes and crockery in the site dish washers
• Emptying bins.
Cleaning of multiple office locations around the site

To be successful the candidate must have:
• Must have CSCS Card
• Proven experience as a cleaner
• PPE (This can be provided if required)
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Asbestos Awareness
• Be able to pass BSPP clearance
