Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Hotel and Spa Receptionist to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth’s city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conference and events.
We are looking for a Hotel and Spa Receptionist to carry out all aspects of the customer journey from making reservations to departure whilst delivering a high standard of customer service to our guests, duties to include:
•Meeting and greeting
•Dealing with reservation enquires
•Check guests in and out of the apartments
•Taking bookings for Spa treatments
•General administration
•Dealing with telephone and email enquires
•Cash handling
Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook would be preferred. Previous hotel and or spa reception experience is preferred but not essential.
Hours are 12.5 per week over a two-week pattern and will require some evening and weekend shifts.
