Summary
Are you an established Children's Home Registered Manager ready for a new chapter? We've partnered with a progressive provider seeking a committed leader for their established 4-bed EBD home in Redditch
This role demands a highly experienced leader, and the package reflects that expertise!
*Top Basic Salary:£50,000 - £55,000 DOE (Up to £60k for consistent Ofsted Outstanding managers)
*Time off: 33 days Annual Leave + Paid Birthday Off!
*Joining Perk: £150 Probation Completion Bonus.
*Support Structure: This provider ensures you can focus on leadership, not just administration:
*Admin Relief: Dedicated Deputy and Senior/Team Leader complete 40-50% of their hours as admin days to fully support home management.
*Weekly RI Input: The Responsible Individual attends the home once a week to provide consistent, hands-on support.
*In-House Training: Access to internal qualifications and PRICE physical intervention training, maintaining high staff standards.
*Wellbeing: Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Crucial Requirements: Current Registered Manager with experience in an EBD setting.
Available to start within 4 to 6 weeks
