Frome Town Council is looking for a Business and HR Administrator to join our innovative and forward thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of the council and make a real difference to how we deliver services to our community.
In this role, you will provide high quality administrative support across human resources, business operations, and governance. You’ll be involved in everything from coordinating recruitment and onboarding to supporting staff training and development. You’ll also assist with council meetings, agendas, and records, as well as help maintain systems and processes that keep the organisation running efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to learn. You’ll need strong communication skills, confidence with IT systems, be comfortable with numbers, detail and administration and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
At Frome Town Council, we value creativity and collaboration. We offer flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave, and a commitment to your professional development through training and learning opportunities. This is your chance to join a team that is passionate about innovation and improving services for the people of Frome.
