Radiology Manager | Head of Department | Imaging | Permanent | Full Time 37.5 | We are looking for an experienced and motivated Radiology Manager to lead our radiology service and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services for patients and consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join Spire Healthcare and play a key role in driving excellence, innovation, and patient care within our imaging department. Duties and responsibilities: -As Head of Department reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will champion, lead, and inspire the radiology team while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will be responsible for planning, allocating, and assessing work, providing constructive feedback to team members, and maintaining the effective use of physical and financial resources. This role involves implementing and monitoring departmental processes and policies, delegating tasks appropriately, and managing staffing levels to meet patient needs. You will foster a positive working environment that prioritizes health, safety, and security, and lead on the implementation of IRMER regulations within the hospital. Additionally, you will promote equality, diversity, and patient rights, manage relationships with Consultant Radiologists, and take full responsibility for clinical governance and audit within the department.
