Summary
To provide advanced clinical care, leadership, and education within the primary care setting, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based practice. Autonomous assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral. Prescribing within scope of practice. Manage acute and chronic conditions, urgent care, and preventive health. Act as a clinical role model. Support recruitment, induction, and appraisal processes. Deliver training sessions and mentorship. Promote continuous learning and development. Lead audits and service evaluations. Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
