What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for businesses, schools and the public—answering queries and providing guidance.
Coordinate and support our income-generating training courses (like first aid), ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with Ofqual standards.
Assist learners with reasonable adjustments and maintain training equipment.
Manage bookings, process payments, and handle financial data for invoicing.
Work closely with our officers to keep everything running efficiently

A customer service superstar with excellent communication skills.
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and a true team player.
Comfortable working with data and numbers.
