Summary
We're a new coffee shop in Leeds that also serves alcohol, and we’re looking for an experienced bartender (with a minimum bartending/ cocktail mixology experience of at least 3 years) to join our team.
This is a part-time role, up to 20 hours a week, with shifts spread across Monday to Sunday. Typical shifts are around 4 or 5 hours per day, between 5pm-10pm, so there are no late nights.
Experience as a bartender and a positive attitude are essential.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a lively environment.
Duties
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the entire cafe.
-Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes, and serving the orders.
-Handle cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
-Assist in restocking supplies as needed, ensuring the bar is well-equipped for service.
Skills
-Proficient in bartending techniques with a strong understanding of drink recipes.
-Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
-Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.
-Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to the hospitality industry.
-Ideally barista trained with experience using a traditional espresso machine.
