As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Measured Surveyor to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering precise, high-quality survey data that underpins their technical and design work.
Role Overview
As a Measured Surveyor, you will support our client's design, technical, and manufacturing teams by producing accurate site measurements and detailed surveys. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects, collaborating with Designers, Project Managers, and clients, while developing your professional skills in a supportive, high-calibre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate measured surveys for residential and commercial properties.
- Capture all required site dimensions, levels, and details using appropriate surveying tools.
- Produce clear, precise survey drawings and documentation.
- Liaise with Designers and Installation Managers, to ensure complete and accurate information flow.
- Attend site visits as required.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication.
- Support continuous improvements in surveying processes and accuracy.
- Conduct full house residential surveys for sister construction company.
About You
Characteristics:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Confident communicator with a professional approach.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Interest in high-end joinery, interiors, or bespoke fabrication is a plus.
Requirements
Required:
- Recently graduated (or graduating soon) in Surveying, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Competent in creating 2D Layouts and elevations in AutoCAD.
Desirable:
- Professional membership of surveying bodies.
- Experience using Lidar laser technology.
- 2 - 3 years industry experience.
