Pay: £12.50 - £14.01 per hour + weekly production bonus (£10–£20, variable)
Hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Spray Operative to join a busy production facility based in Evesham. The role involves preparing, cleaning, and spraying assembled track systems to ensure they meet quality standards prior to final inspection. You will also be responsible for preparing and spraying components for aftermarket sales, along with maintaining and cleaning spray equipment.
You will report to the Spray Team Leader and work within a wet spray facility using high-solid, solvent-based paint systems. Both single-pack and two-pack paints are used, depending on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare assembled track systems for painting using hand sanding and cleaning methods
• Prepare, mix, and check two-pack paint systems
• Spray single-pack and two-pack paint systems
• Maintain spray equipment, including spray gun cleaning machinery
• Carry out finishing work, including touch-ups and post-spray activities
• Prepare and spray aftermarket components
• Ensure all work complies with the Environmental Management System
• Work in an environmentally responsible manner, keeping VOC emissions to a minimum
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a spray shop or preparation facility preferred
• Flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
• Overhead crane licence or previous training desirable (training can be provided)
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
