Who Will I Be Supporting?

You'll be working in a lively, dynamic shared house supporting five incredible ladies in their 20s and 30s, all with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. Each individual has their own unique personality, and you'll be helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.

Here's what makes them special:

- Health Care Needs: Their health needs include blindness, scoliosis, diabetes (insulin administration), epilepsy (midazolam), and PEG feeding.

They're fun, active, and love music, socializing, and being involved in what's going on. You'll join a team that ensures they feel safe, cared for, and supported every step of the way.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.

- Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.

- Night Support: Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.

- Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night

This is a fast-paced and lively environment, so being proactive, calm under pressure, and organized is key.
