We’re introducing a new place-based operating model that will change how we deliver for customers and colleagues. As Place Deployment Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of this model across our regions, ensuring smooth integration and adoption. The part you’ll play
You’ll take ownership of deploying the place-based operating model, working closely with stakeholders to embed new ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes. Your role will be critical in driving change, building engagement, and ensuring the model is successfully adopted across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the deployment of the place-based operating model across multiple regions.
- Develop and manage detailed plans, timelines, and milestones for successful delivery.
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure enablers are in place (training, data, reporting, and support).
- Drive change management across culture, processes, and capability development.
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and adapt plans to ensure success.
- Capture lessons learned and embed best practice for future deployments.
