An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly RCVS accredited first opinion hospital, with five branches across Leicestershire. This well-established practice is deeply rooted in its local community, delivering high quality, bespoke, and affordable veterinary care while actively supporting local pet charities and initiatives. With a diverse and varied caseload, the practice is fully equipped to provide the full range of services in-house, allowing clinicians to work cases up thoroughly and confidently.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a warm, close knit team of 22 Veterinary Surgeons, including certificate holders, supported by a highly skilled nursing and non-clinical team. Collaboration and mentorship are at the heart of the practice, with regular case discussions, shared learning, and genuine encouragement to grow professionally. There is real flexibility to shape the role around individual strengths and interests, whether that’s consulting, complex medical work, or a broader clinical mix.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced vet who enjoys guiding and developing others, with plenty of scope to mentor new graduates and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the practice.
