About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a highly regarded care service in Chorley. This facility provides specialist dementia and general nursing care for up to 50 residents, with a strong reputation for delivering person-centred support.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in coordinating daily care on the Dementia Nursing Unit, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse:

• Safely administer and record medications


• Deliver exceptional, compassionate care to residents


• Create and implement personalised care plans


• Lead and support care staff to maintain a safe, supportive environment


• Provide sensitive dementia care tailored to individual needs


• Conduct mental capacity assessments when required


• Respond effectively to emergencies and uphold infection control standards


• Deliver palliative care with dignity and respect


About You

We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RMN) who is:

• NMC registered with a valid pin


• Experienced in dementia care and care home settings


• Passionate about person-centred care and improving residents' quality of life


• Confident in clinical decision-making and leading shifts


• Dedicated to continuous learning and best practice
