Mission Resourcing is partnering with a leading materials handling equipment specialist that supplies, services, and refurbishes forklift trucks nationwide. They’re on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic West Yorkshire team – working from home, on the road, and directly with customers.
What’s on offer:
Up to £32,000 annually
Monday–Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
⏱ Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
Company van + specialist tools provided
Annual bonus
Pension + 22 days holiday + bank holidays
Your responsibilities:
- Visit customers to perform planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Work on diesel, LPG, and electric forklift trucks
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards
- Manage van stock levels with the parts department
What you’ll need:
- Proven expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or control systems
- Strong fault-finding and repair abilities
- A customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Reliability, organisation, and a friendly demeanor
- A full UK driving licence
- Basic tools of your own (specialist tools provided)
