Summary
We are in search of an experienced nurse to deliver care and support to our lovely residents within our nursing homes. If successful, you will join a dedicated team, and will oversee planning and evaluating care plans.
This role will consist of:
• Updating daily care plans
• Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at a high standard
• Monitoring the performance of care staff
• Safely recording medication
• Creating care plans for the residents
• Ensure every person’s needs are understood and met
The successful candidate must have:
• Have a registered General Nurse or Mental Health qualification
• Have an active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
• Have a clear DBS
