We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Motor Vehicle Tutor Assessor to join our exceptionally busy and professional Apprenticeship team.
You will be required to deliver and coach on the L3 Motor Vehicle Service & Maintenance Technician (both Light & Heavy) Apprenticeship Standards. The post will involve having a caseload of up to 40 learners to whom you will deliver the knowledge elements, ensure timely and accurate progress reviews and coach apprentices to ensure they achieve their knowledge, skills and behaviours to successfully pass their apprenticeship to a distinction level (wherever possible). You will have a good understanding of the funding rules and be driven by quality.
You will possess a minimum of Level 3 Motor Vehicle Qualification or significant industry experience, Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA or equivalent) and/or Teaching Qualification and a minimum of 3 GCSEs (A* - C, 9 – 4) or equivalent, including Maths and English with experience of coaching apprentices and developing employer relationships.
