Principal Account-abilities / Main Tasks:
• Carries out the routine testing requirements.
• Records and archives test data generated.
• Routinely reports testing and highlights any problems or unusual variations, and reports out of specification results to the relevant people.
• Ensures where possible “Work Requests” are carried out as required.
• Develops and continuously reviews new and existing Laboratory procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring that internal and external Health, Safety & Environmental standards are met in terms of both work performance and behavior.
• Ensures the Laboratory is a safe place to work in or visit, and that high housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Once trained on specific tasks, the role will involve working under your own initiative at times. Working on all aspects of the laboratory function.Training to be Provided
