Summary
In order to be a successful Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in our team you will be: - Registered with the NMC - Experienced in risk management and working with Adults - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied role - Adaptable, organised, compassionate and a team player - Experienced working within a community mental health setting It would also be advantageous if you are: - Experienced working in multi-agency and multi disciplinary setting, with strong preference for collaborative working. - A nurse prescriber qualification is desirable - and, if not already, an interest in completing this qualification Please see attached Job Description for further details of the role. Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams bring together local NHS mental health services, GPs and community organisations to offer joined-up, personalised support. The goal is to make sure that people receive the right help, focused on what matters to them - without needing to repeat their story or navigate different services. We work with adults aged 18 and over who are going through mental health challenges that are affecting their daily life.
