Job OverviewLocation: CorshamHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (part-time options available)

-Are you passionate about creating an organised, efficient, and supportive office environment? We're looking for a Clerical Services Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth delivery of services across our contract. This is a role where your leadership and organisational skills will make a real impact every day.



Main Duties

-Managing the day-to-day activities of office.

-Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals.

-Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

-Delegating tasks to team members.

-Conducting training for team members to maximise their potential.

-Conduct half year and annual appraisals for all team members.

-Ensure all relevant training is completed by the team

-Ensure all management training is completed and up to date.

-Liaising with First Line Management to ensure the smooth operation of the company across departments.

-Efficiently interview for vacancies within the team if there are any.

-Maintain management documents of working hours and absenteeism.

-Liaise with military (customer), contractors on a day-to-day basis to ensure team is providing a high-end customer service

-Ensure welfare for military is provided to a high standard

-Ensure military audits are conducted thoroughly and all necessary prep is completed to achieve a pass.

-Ensure the team are always adhering to A1 Assurance standards when dealing with Military Admin, processes, and procedures.

-Ensure the safety of every military personnel whilst at MOD Corsham.

-Ensuring knowledge of various departments and understanding of where your department fits into the business

-Completion of all mandatory stats and audits

-Report to the Operations Manager and complete tasks required of you.

-Responsible for adherence to the contract SRD's and ensure proactive monitoring of key elements of the service delivery

What we are looking for
-Do you have experience leading and managing a team?

-Are you highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities?

-Can you communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally?

-Are you confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems, including MOD-specific applications?

-Do you take pride in delivering quality and being proactive in your work?
