Summary
Help maintain employee records, ensuring that all documentation is correct, filed properly, and up to date.
Prepare reports for HR or management on staff immigration status, pending visa applications, and related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Administrative Experience:
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
hold organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
having some knowledge of Immigration Procedures: or be prepared to learn
Basic knowledge of the immigration process, including work visas, work permits, and the requirements for foreign employees to work legally in the UK.
Understanding of the Home Office regulations, right-to-work checks, and visa/permit applications.
Prior experience in handling visa applications or related immigration processes is highly desirable but not required
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR management software or case management tools.
Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive employee data and immigration records.
Personal Attributes:
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Proactive and adaptable, with a solution-focused mindse
