CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a growing organisation in the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional to join a supportive finance team within a business that values accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable/finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What will the Accounts Payable Specialist role involve?

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments across purchases and cashback transactions.
  • Reviewing and resolving incomplete or incorrect payment requests by liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Raising bank payments and completing reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, processes and financial controls.
  • Supporting the wider finance function during busy periods and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

    Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Specialist vacancy:

    • Proven experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
    • Confident raising bank payments and performing reconciliations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

      • 23 days annual leave.
      • 37 hour working week, including a 3:30pm finish every Friday.
      • AAT study support (if required).
