Summary
The Redeemed Assemblies Trust - Love Power Centre is looking at employing an experience youth Pastor. Must be deeply caring and empathetic with high energy and a positive attitude. Must take continuous personal improvement and training very seriously Some of the duties are;
1. Lead and interact with youths to encourage their spiritual growth by setting up programs, events and Bible studies.
2. Praying for young people in the church and the community. Incorporate youths into various church activities by encouraging and supporting them to worship, do volunteer works, and get them involved in community activities/outreaches.
3. Lead Worship, water baptism, and Holy Communion for the youths
4. Organise Youth Conventions and Conferences to spread the Christian faith
5. Provide counsel, spiritual and moral guidance and assistance for youth in needs
6. Prepare, deliver sermons, interpret doctrine, articles of faith of the organisation to the youths
7. Instruct youths who seek conversion to the Christian faith
8. Build a growing Youth Ministries team to effectively reach the unchurched youths.
