Early Years Educators
Salary: Up to £27,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for passionate Early Years Educators to join our growing nursery team.
If you have a warm smile that makes every child feel safe and special, this could be the role for you.
About You:
You can laugh at jokes you don’t understand (or don’t find funny) — child humour is wonderfully unpredictable.
Singing in tune is optional; singing confidently out of tune in front of an audience is essential.
You’re happy to give warm hugs when needed and can quickly count multiple energetic little people.
You don’t mind occasionally heading home with mysterious substances on your clothing.
You can remember children’s names — plus their pets and favourite soft toys.
You’re comfortable answering very personal questions, including (but not limited to):
What’s for lunch? Can I have some? Why aren’t you married? Where are you going? What did you do in the toilet?
You understand that children who adore you all week may completely ignore you in the supermarket — and you won’t take it personally.
Most importantly, you’re ready to feel valued, loved, and important to children and their families every single day.
Working Hours:
40-hour contract worked over 4 or 5 days:
4-day pattern: 7:30am–6:30pm
5-day pattern: 8am–6pm for 4 days, plus a half day (8am–1pm or 1pm–6pm)
36-hour contract also available (salary pro-rated):
4 days, 8am–6pm
