Summary
Are you a Handyman who thrives on making a real and positive
difference in the lives of older people? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for someone with solid experience in maintenance and DIY. You will also need technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Friendly and approachable, you will understand the importance of keeping high standards in and around the home, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment. From minor plumbing and electrics, painting and decorating to looking after Health and safety and fire regulation and compliance.
What you will Need:
1. Very good handyman skills
2. Good knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations and compliance
3. Good written and verbal skills
4. Physically fit and able to lift light items of equipment and furniture
5. Ability to be able to prioritise, respond and adopt a positive approach to work
6. Able to carry out cleaning
You will be required to work on Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM
