Summary
KS1 Classroom Assistant Margate
Location: Margate | Contract: Full-time, initially until half term with potential to extend
Rikama Education is excited to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Margate. They are seeking a dedicated KS1 Classroom Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This role involves supporting Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom activities and learning under the guidance of the class teacher
Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
Assist with preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources
Requirements:
Experience working within KS1 is essential
Good understanding of the KS1 curriculum
Patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm
